3 Step Protection to Prevent Ice Dam Leaks.

During the winter we often receive calls from New customers requesting snow removal from their roofs. Reason being is that they have water penetrating their interior walls caused by ice damming. The access points often times are through the fascia board once the Gutters overflow.

On this project, we're installing a 3 step protection to prevent ice dam leaks.

These 3 steps of commercial quality work, will keep water from penetrating your home during the harsh winters to come.

STEP 1: wrap ice and water shield from the roof, over the fascia.

STEP 2: install the proper gutter apron to allow water flow unto the gutter

STEP 3: install a 12 inch flashing strip of ice and water shield
