Self adhered membrane

Did you know that for low slope roofs you can now choose a self adhered membrane to be installed.

This will eliminate fire hazards caused by a heat welded membrane, also it's a reliable watertight membrane, efficient, minimizes time spent at the job site and overall, it's cost efficient when it comes down to labor. Less work, means more money in your pockets.

This is the way we install a drain flashing on a SELF ADHERED commercial roof system. It's the only way it should be done and the way that the manufacturer calls for.
